Craniopharyngioma-CT
Evidence of approximately 2.5 x 2cm densely calcified lesion with cystic areas in the suprasellar region extending superiorly into the region of third ventricle with resultant dilatation of the lateral ventricles (L>R), consistent with associated obstructive hydrocephalus. In 4year old child craniopharyngioma is the main differential, MRI with contrast is suggested.
