Cavernous Angioma of the Cavernous Sinus-MRI
There is evidence of focal heterointense lesion in the left cavernous sinus, parasellar location appearing hypointense on T1 weighted images and hyperintense on T2/FLAIR images with surrounding T2 hypointense rim. This lesion shows heterogenous enhancment with central non -enhancing areas on post gadolinium scans. Lesion measures 2.3 x 1cm in axial sections and appears to displace ICA flow void anteromedially. Likely cavernous sinus cavernous angioma.
