Portal Hypertension-CT
Liver appears smaller in size with nodular outline and relative hypertrophy of the caudate lobe suggesting chronic liver disease-cirrhosis. Spleen is enlarged. Extensive collaterals in relation to the falciform ligament and periumblical region. Parietal wall, perisplenic and gastrohepatic collaterals, suggesting portal HT sequele. Portal vein~14mm.
