Snowman in the Snow Storm-TAPVC

"Snow man in snow storm" figure of eight or cottage loaf appearance, in TAPVC. Head of snow man is constituted by dilated SVC on right, left brachiocephalic vein superiorly, vertical vein on the left side. Body is cardiac shadow. Storm is out of pulmonary plethora. We terminated the storm!
