McConnell' Sign: Pulmonary Embolism

 McConnell’s sign is a echocardiographic finding described in patients with acute Pulmonary embolism.  There is a distinct regional pattern of right ventricular dysfunction, with akinesia of the mid free wall but normal motion at the apex.
