REMEMBER, these are the causes of intraocular calcification:

  1. Retinoblastoma (>50% of all cases)
  2. Astrocytic hamartoma
  3. Choroidal osteoma
  4. Optic drusen
  5. Scleral calcifications
  6. in systemic hypercalcemic states
  7. Retrolental fibroplasia
  8. Phthisis bulbi
